A few things to consider when choosing a flooring installer.Experience Sometimes an inexperienced installer will cut corners or take shortcuts because they lack the experience to know how it's done the right way. With over 25 years experience installing all types of floor coverings. We know it doesn't pay to cut corners!
Price If an installer is quoting a price way below the standard, watch out for below standard installations. As professionals, we have to stay competive and we also have to stay in business. Before you accuse the flooring contractors of charging too much, keep in mind that installing floors isn't always a walk-in-the-park. Most installers earn every penny they make.
Warranty The standard is 1 year and if you're lucky you'll be able to get the installer back if a problem arises. BigDog Floor Installing extends that to 2 years. We make every effort possible to respond within 72 hours.
